This 2008 blend of Chun Yua Shen Yun was made according to Menghai Tea Factory's 7572 blend. It brings together leaves from the different harvest seasons and different regions throughout Menghai. Professor Wei of the Twelve Gentlemen speaks very highly of this tea as it represents not only the different palates throughout Menghai but also brings certain credence to the idea that the sum of many different blended varietals equals more than the sum of it's parts. Sort of like the whole 'two heads are better than one' idea. For anybody interested, the Twelve Gentlemen went on to create a second batch of this tea later on in 2008.
